She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley E. Shultz and Julia Ustaszewsky Shultz; and her sisters, Marion Wesoly of New Hyde Park, NY and Carol Carey of Nanuet, NY.. She is survived by: her friends, Terri, Edith and Jodi; and her daughters, Alia Jessica (Michael Muadin) and Tonya. She is also survived by extended family, including several nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, and cousins.
