He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jay Milks and Ada Mae Milks; his wife Jean Rosin Milks; his son-in-law Timothy Hogan; his granddaughter Frances Milks; his siblings, Beatrice Rule (William), Paul Milks (Dorothy), Jessie Beach (Ralph) and Glenna Gregg (Richard); his fathers-in-law, Donald Rosin (Florence), Arthur Rosin (Elizabeth) and Robert Rosin (Leora); his children, Laura Hogan, Nancy Napoli (Jeff) and Jay Milks (Catherine); his grandchildren, Joshua Hogan, Benjamin Hogan (Nicole), Abigail Miller (Hunter) and Mario Milks; his great grandchild Jameson Hogan; his mother-in-law Rita Messmer (Robert); and his nephew Norman Milks. He was also cherished by Many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
