He was predeceased by: his daughter Julie LaMay. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Piche; his daughter Lisa Blair (Jason); his grandchildren, Brandon and Darick Blair; and his brother Donald LaMay (Christine). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
