She was predeceased by: her parent Kenneth Dwight; and her siblings, Lynn K. Clark, Beverly A. Rust and Patricia Carman Jones. She is survived by: her parent Jessie May Clark (Gibson); her spouse Murray James Locy; and her sons, Kenneth Locy, Judy Locy of Massena, Jerry Locy and Sharon Locy of Norfolk. She is also survived by four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
