She was predeceased by: her son Jeffrey Lemberg. She is survived by: her children, Howard Lemberg (Christine) and Susan Lattuca (Vincent); her sister Millie Beck; and her husband Dr. Harold Hartstein. She is also survived by ten grand-children and five great grand-children.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
