He is survived by: his mother Leeanne Parry (Kolka) of New Fairfield, CT.; his wife Kristen Bodor; his children, Brooklyn of Laurens, NY and Timothy James "TJ" Kolka of Brewster, NY; his stepdaughters, Serenity and Haven of Laurens; his brothers, Michael, Brandon Clark and Shane Jacobs of New York; his aunts and uncles, Colleen (Keith), Maureen Cifuni (Robert), Eva Nuccio, Margaret Kolka, Michael, Robert Kolka, Eric and George Nuccio; and his grandmother Ann Theiro.
