It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard S Westcott (Laurens, New York), born in Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on May 20, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester M. Westcott and Luella A. Westcott (Towsley); his stepfather Russell Boyea; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Coulter, Kathy Coulter, Allen Coulter and Gary Coulter.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Mindy Madison (Laine) and Brett Westcott (Cindi); his siblings, Yvonne Eckert (Gene Roy) and Weslie Boyea (Debra); and his siblings-in-law, William Coulter (Sylvia) and Janice Coulter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Richard's memory to Catskill Area Hospice, Laurens EMS or the Laurens Fire Dept.
