He is survived by: his mother Susan Hoyt; his close friend Amanda Genier; his son Dakoda; his sisters, Sandra Meyers (Andy), Laura Hoyt (John) and Kelly Hoyt (Anthony); his nieces and nephews, Andrew, Kyle, Nicole, Mackenzie, Joseph and Zeta; his uncles, John Ganio (MaryLou), Gino Ganio (Joan), Robert Ganio, George Wade (Linda) and Chuck Wade (Lynn); and his aunt Helen Groff (Jim). He is also survived by many cousins and extended family.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
