Coulter; her parents, Harold Stenson and Marion Stenson; her sister Sandra Berger; her granddaughter Heather Countryman; her son-in-law Charles Hulbert Sr.; her mother-in-law Pauline Coulter; her siblings-in-law, Kathy, Sharon Coulter, Gary Coulter and Richard Westcott; and her sister Terry.
She is survived by: her children, Ginger Quackenbush (Bob), Brenda Hulbert (Charles Sr.), Donna Robinson (Hank) and Allan W. Coulter; her pet Lulabelle; her siblings, Frances Northrup (Martin), Sharon Shaver, Nadine Fitzpatrick and Harold Stenson (Jennifer); her siblings-in-law, William Coulter (Sylvia) and Carol Westcott; her caregivers, Paula, Rebekah and Dr. Malik; and her friends, Natoshia Bryant, Kenzie Rifenburg, Erinn Coulter, Bill, Sylvia Coulter, Lisa Vroman, Cal, Chris and Dennis Lewis. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
