He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Kayla Staton (Richard) and Paige Laughter (Bryanna); the mother of his children Tami Laughter; his grandchildren, Sean, CJ, Mallorie, McKinley Staton and Emma Grace Adams; his close friend Amanda Hurlburt; his mother Brenda Hughes; his sisters, Robin Kuhrt and Pam Couch (Tony); his father Sam Laughter; his stepfather Alton Hughes; his nephew Sammie Laughter; and also, Kayla Reneau (Emma Grace), Austin, Gabe, Michael Hurlburt, Linda and Larry Reneau.
