In the vast expanse of eternity, Philip shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Philip farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Florence "Cissy"; his sons, Christopher, Philip and David; his siblings, Robert and Francie Capon; and his friend Maria Troisi Mohan. He was also cherished by loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dodge-Thomas Funeral Home of Glen Cove (26 Franklin Ave, Glen Cove, NY 11542). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Dominic RC Church (93 Anstice St, Oyster Bay, NY 11771). A burial was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Locust Valley Cemetery (117 Ryefield Rd, Locust Valley, NY 11560).
