He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Richmond Lynch; and his children, William C Lynch Jr., David Lynch (Lisa), Tim Lynch (Cheryl), Sharon Sensi (Joseph) and Jim (Irene). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
