We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Willard C. Roff of Latham, New York, born in Elmira, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley. He is survived by: his children, Ronald (Cathy), Barry (Silvia), James (Barbara) and Sheryl (Beth); and his buddies, Jaeyeong, Cody and Lily. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
