He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren E. Carr and Eileen L Carr (Flanagan). He is survived by: his brothers, Gregory D. Carr (Cynthia) and Warren E. Carr (Pamela); and his stepmother Carol A. Carr. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
