With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Patrick Phelan of Latham, New York, who passed away on December 24, 2023 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Phelan and Loretta Phelan. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Phelan (Speanburg); his siblings, Arthur Phelan (Barbara) and Eileen Herman (Robert); his parents-in-law, Patricia and George Taylor; his siblings-in-law, Richard Speanburg (Elizabeth), George Taylor (Maggie) and Susan Taylor (Glen Lewman); and his friends, Thomas Patrizio, Matthew Doukas, Thomas Gibbs, Daniel Kunker and Dan Landauer. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Thomas's name to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, 3 Oakland Ave, Menands, NY 12204.
