He was predeceased by: Thomas A. Flood of Latham. He is survived by: his wife Colleen (Fitzgerald); his sons, Lucas Thomas and Samuel James; his mother Antoinette Flood of Latham; and his sister Kathleen Flood of Newburyport, MA.
