He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Falzo and Rose Falzo (DeStefano); his sibling Suzanne Murray; his parent-in-law John J. A. Lyons; and his sibling-in-law John S. Lyons of Ohio.
He is survived by: his spouse Susanne C. Lyons Falzo; his child Ryan Patrick; his siblings, Robert (Kathy), Dave "Pudge" (Darlene), Rosie, Bessette, Frank (Melissa) and Mike; his uncle Dick DesPres; his sibling Patti Ann Falzo; his parent-in-law Anne D. Lyons of Feura Bush, NY.; and his sibling-in-law Robert G. Lyons of Florida. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Tom welcomes donations to the Community Hospice Gift Processing Center, 310 Manning Blvd., Albany, NY 12208 in his memory or to St. Ambrose Church Food Pantry in Latham.
