He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Tracey and Margaret McAvoy Tracey; his spouse Jean M. LaCross Tracey; and his brother Earl. He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann Howe (Terence) of Latham, Raymond D. Tracey (Nitza) of Guilderland and Patricia A. Fairbairn (David) of Ocean Grove, NJ; his grandchildren, Shanna E. Gregoire (Kyle), Raymond J. Tracey, Ryan M. Howe, Erin E. Graney (Sean) and Tracey J. Howe; his great grandchildren, Clare and Liam Gregoire; and his siblings, Elizabeth, James K. Tracey, Ann, Walter, William, John, Leo "Homer" and Joseph.
