She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Bolen and Loretta I. Bolen (Rivenburgh); and her parents-in-law, Adam and JoAnn Sinko. She is survived by: her husband Rick; her sons, Eric Sinko and Chad Sinko; her sisters, Patricia Paser (Kitchell), Amy Bolen (Darrell), Jennifer Hubbard (Chris) and Debbie; and her brother-in-law Fred Baker. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The last time I saw Pam at my office for her last routine gyn visit was before the Covid Pandemic in 2019. However, I was updated with her ongoing care until the end.
