It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Minerva S. Bruno-Racela (Latham, New York), who passed away on September 7, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Solomon Bruno and Leonor; her husband Dr. Isaac G. Racela; and her brother Arceo Bruno. She is survived by: her children, Ronald Racela (Susan) of Latham, Gene Racela of Loudonville and James Racela (Ghea) of Denver; her siblings, Reynaldo Bruno, Lorna Bruno-Monteverde, Erico Bruno and Dante Bruno; and her grandchildren, Kiersten, Alexandra, Gregory, Karlyn of Jacob, JJ and Arabelle. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
