She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo McCarthy and Eleanor McCarthy (Sheffield); her grandchild Jamie Geracitano; her siblings, Judith McCarthy and Patrick McCarthy; and her granddaughter Elizabeth Rosekrans.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Geracitano; her children, Patrick Geracitano (Melissa), Jessica Alaxanian (Todd), Sarah Rosekrans (William), Joseph Geracitano (Moira) and Maryjane Vece (Christopher); her nephew Lee McCarthy (Marissa); her brothers, William McCarthy (Barbara) and John "Jack" McCarthy; and her grandchildren, Eden, Evan, Hayley, Logan, Aram, Liam Alaxanian, Nicholas, Hannah, Emma Rosekrans, Aiva, Sydney Geracitano, Charlotte and Benjamin Vece. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
