She was predeceased by: her parents, Ambrose Currie and Linda Currie (Stewart); her husband Paul Leroy Stevens; and her brother Richard A. Currie. She is survived by: her son Leroy Paul "Lee" Stevens (Janice); her grandchildren, Jennifer A. Stevens, Lyn M. Farrell (Sean), Jessie A. Hamilton and Andrew J. Hamilton; and her great grandchildren, Thomas Fleming, III, Siera Fleming, Grace Baranska, Macayla Farrell, James Mabee and Felicity Heller-Hamilton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Memory Gardens Cemetery (983 Watervliet Shaker Rd, Albany, NY 12205).
