She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Emil and Nancy G. Ekstrom (Bellabona); and her cousins, Elizabeth, Gene, John and Patricia.
She is survived by: her sons, Patrick J. Murray of Troy and Lawrence J. Murray (Connie) of Latham; her grandchildren, Hayden, Jason, Madison, Kelcy Murray and Emily Frost; her brothers, Robert E. Ekstrom Jr. (Judy) of Latham and Felix C. Ekstrom of Latham; and her cousins, Elaine, Patty Leo, Joey, Janice, Tina, Diane, Dorothy, Clyde and Joanne.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Leona's memory to American Cancer Society 1 Penny Lane Latham, NY 12110 Interment will take place in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands.
