She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerard M. Rhatigan and Helen M. Ryan Rhatigan; her husband Robert Joseph Waugh; her siblings, Edward Rhatigan (late Maureen), Elizabeth Bell (late Arnold), George, Gary and Mary Jo Rhatigan; her parents-in-law, Edwin and Lucy Flanigan Waugh; and her siblings-in-law, Claire Hoffman (late Robert) and Edwin Waugh.
She is survived by: her children, Maureen LaMountain (Michael), Edwin Waugh (Mary), Eileen Reinfurt (Michael), Matthew Waugh (Beth), Amy Younger (Gavin) and Robert J. Waugh, Jr.; her grandchildren, Meghan LaMountain, Michael LaMountain (Jessica), Moira Rabinovich (Alex), Madeline LaMountain (Dan Henley), Christian Waugh (Andie), Aaron Eastwood (Lauren), Lauren Garsney (Brandon), Katelyn Schnurr (Nicholas), Aiden Waugh, Claire Reinfurt (Dominic Iannone), Patrick Reinfurt (Dakota), Rachel Waugh (Sarah), Declan Waugh, Callum, Fergus and Liam Younger; her great grandchildren, Penelope, Hugo, Caroline, Fiona, Samantha, Charlotte, Charles and Grier; her siblings, Elaine Fahey (late Jack), Laetitia Rhatigan, Melanie Martin, Geraldine Rhatigan, Michael Rhatigan (Joyce) and Regina Conroy (Jim); and her sister-in-law Joan Hilton (late Rod). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
