He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Bonville and Mary Bonville (Sauve); his siblings, Cecile O'Connell, Maura Bonville, John and James Bonville; and his granddaughter Allison Rose Kirch.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine Kubat Bonville; his children, Joseph R. Bonville Jr (Becky), Mary Bonville, Susan Kirch (Larry), Robert Bonville (Eve) and Katherine Cavanaugh (Dan); his grandchildren, Kara, Kelly (Matt Russo), Julie Cavanaugh, Helen Kirch and Brian Bonville; and his sisters, Margaret Bonville and Marie Bonville.
