He is survived by: his wife Ruth Anne Fitzsimmons (Fleming); his children, Kathy Martin (Wayne), Mary Ellen Broganer (David), Joseph Fitzsimmons Sr. (Pam), Eileen Fitzsimmons (Rick Kilcullen) and Teri Furman (Keith); and his grandchildren, Renee Far (Don), Kim Lewis (Jimm), Jennifer Paul (Kevin), Kira Broganer, Luke Broganer (Kathleen Kowalsky), Kelly Durma (Joe), Joseph Fitzsimmons Jr. (Lorell), Colleen Bielkiewicz (Chris), Tera Criscione (Nick Allen), Kiersten Kilcullen, Jaclyn Griffith (Andy) and Michael Furman (Catherine Henry). He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
