He was predeceased by: his parents, Magdelena Guzy (Szoda) and Martin Guzy; and his brothers, Edward and Martin. He is survived by: his wife Eleanore (Ceglia) of Latham; his children, Christopher (Maria Csemi), Stephanie Butkiewicz (Chester) of Rotterdam and Carole Borgerding (John) of Van Alstyne, TX; his grandchildren, Shawn Borgerding and Leah Borgerding Spradling (Jason); and his great grandchild Henry Spradling. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
