Carroll (Latham, New York), born in Troy, New York, who passed away on July 3, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ann Mancinelli (Pezzula) of Latham and Anthony C. Mancinelli of Latham. She is survived by: her husband Michael Carroll of Latham; her son William Stubblebine (Layla Stubblebine); her granddaughter Mia Pearl Stubblebine of Troy; her siblings, Nancy Doherty (Edward) of Georgia, Mary Ellen Reo (Michael) of Wynantskill and Christopher Mancinelli (Colleen) of Hopewell Junction; her close friend Virginia Evans (Bill) of Latham; her father-in-law Paul Leromain; and her sisters-in-law, Dianne Gagnon and Darlene Carroll. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, her family suggests donations be made to the Community Hospice, Gift Processing Center, 310 S. Manning Blvd., Albany, NY 12208.
