It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan M. Clemens (Latham, New York), born in Cohoes, New York, who passed away on April 29, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Clemens; her parents, Zachary Yurkiewicz and Sophie Yurkiewicz (Mokryzski); and her sister Ann Skrocky. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia J. Clemens and Richard J. Clemens; her grandsons, Cole W. and Chandler S. Clements; her niece Lorraine Vandenburgh; and her nephew Jack Skrocky.
In lieu of flowers donations in Joan's memory can be made to Our Lady of Assumption, 498 Watervliet-Shaker Road, Latham, NY 12110 Interment beside her beloved Joe will take place in St. Mary Cemetery in Troy.
