She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert H. Warwick and Dorothy R. Warwick (McEvoy); and her sister Christine Borst. She is survived by: her children, Christina Peak and Kevin Peak (Paige) of Worcester, MA; her former husband Stanley Peak of Pittsburgh, PA; her sisters, Cynthia Farrelly (Robert) of Latham and Marsha Carr (Shawn) of Wilmington, NC; her granddaughters, Elena and Vivian; her nephews, Robert Farrelly (Lauren), Matthew Farrelly (Melissa) and Patrick Carr; her niece Jennifer Leary (Tonee); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Victoria, Emily Farrelly, Robbie Farrelly and Antonio Leary.

Janice's family requests that all guests please wear face masks upon entering the funeral home regardless of your vaccinated status.
