He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kilby and Grace Kilby (Clum); and his sister Ruth Vosburgh (Ed). He is survived by: his wife Julia "Judy" Harrington Kilby; his children, Cynthia VanHoute-Purpura (Jamie), Elizabeth "Betsy" Lane (Mike) and James Kilby (Cathy); his sister Elizabeth "Betty" Mallory (late Roy); and his grandchildren, David, Julie, James, Tyler, Andrew, Austin and Brooke. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
