It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Nelson (Latham, New York), who passed away on July 20, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. and Ada Matthews, Sr. (Palmero); her husband John L. Nelson; her siblings, John T. Matthews, Jr. and Mildred Slenzak; and her daughter Wendy Kenyon (Nelson).
She is survived by: her children, Dale Ann Bates (Skip) and John E. Nelson; her grandchildren, Shawn Bates, Michael Bates, Helen Kenyon, John M. Nelson and Baylee G. Nelson; and her great grandchild Mya.
