He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Placido and Raffaela DeBlasio Placido; and his sibling Thomas Mundipare. He is survived by: his wife Frances M. Palermo Placido; and his siblings, Dominick Placido, John Placido, Nicholas Placido, Mary Vecchione, Christine Suppa and Clara Romano. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
