Clara P. Aliberti Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Clara P. Aliberti in Latham, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 9, 2024 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Clara P. Aliberti to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Teresa Popolizio and Vincenzo Popolizio; her sister Matilda Gallo (Nick); and her former husband Samuel Aliberti. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Mills (Gary), Lisa Wright (Keith) and Joseph Aliberti; her grandsons, Gary Mills Jr. and Alex Mills; her great grandchildren, Jenna Mills and Gary Mills III; and her siblings, Nicola Popolizio (Philomena) and Ada Altieri. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, Ltd. (149 Old Loudon Rd, Latham, NY 12110). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Ambrose Church (347 Old Loudon Rd, Latham, NY 12110). A burial was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 at 11:45 AM at 983 Watervliet Shaker Rd, Albany, NY 12205.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the St. Ambrose Food Pantry.
