He was predeceased by: his parents, Liu Chin and Shin-Shing; and his wife Yinchao Liu. He is survived by: his daughters, Kim and Sally; and his grandsons, Christopher Bow, Eric Bow, Andrew Bow, Colby Chang and Justin Chang.
