He is survived by: his wife Barbara Stack Cavanaugh; his children, Erin Cavanaugh-Wade (Don), Brian Cavanaugh (Lisa) and Terry Cavanaugh (Kimberly); his siblings, Margaret Poulin (late John) and Michael Cavanaugh (Kathy); his grandchildren, Justin Crosier (Laurel), Kara Cavanaugh, Dr. Kelly Cavanaugh-Russo (Matt), Julie Cavanaugh, Maura Cavanaugh, Karly Cavanaugh and Bradley Cavanaugh; and his great grandchild Harper Crosier. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
