Bowen of Latham, New York, born in New York, New York, who passed away on August 10, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Shirley Serlock (Schine). She is survived by: her father Frank Serlock; her husband Robert E. Bowen; her sister Tracy Serlock; her niece Emily Serlock; her nephew Eric Serlock; her cousins, Arleen Clark, Karin Fine and Linda Berkowicz; her father-in-law Arthur E. Bowen (late Janice); and her siblings-in-law, James and Cathleen Bowen.
