He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Bielawa and Helen Bielawa (Durrick); and his sister Frances Meyer. He is survived by: his wife Anne Marie Bielawa (Carey); his son Michael A. Bielawa (Anne) of Pottersville, NJ; his grandchildren, Matthew, Elizabeth and Kathryn Bielawa; and his siblings, Frank Bielawa (late Catherine), Stanley Bielawa (late Betty), Joseph Bielawa (Carolyn), Theodore Bielawa (Eileen), Edward Bielawa (late Lavernne), Walter Bielawa (Laura), Harold Bielawa (Karen), Mary Ann Zelinski and Helen Burnett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
