He was predeceased by: his father Scott A. Hill, Sr.; his grandparents, Anson, Phyllis Mowrey, Gerald and Patricia Hill; and his friend Joe Hart.
He is survived by: his mother Jacquelene Hill (Jon Boulette); his fiancée Kara Neet-Marsh; his children, Scott Joseph Hill and Breonna Lynn Kelly; his siblings, Heath Hill and Nicole Blanchard (Ryan); his nephew Remington Blanchard; and his close friend David Burkhart. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
Social distancing guidelines must be met, and face masks are required.
