He is survived by: his parent Catherine Gray Cook; his wife Mary Jane Cook (Yost); his children, Bert Cook, Jr. (Holly) of Little Falls, Tammy Cook of St. Johnsville and Scott Cook (Renee) of Mohawk; his grandchildren, Bert Cook, III of Fort Plain, Kassidy Cook (Jason) of St. Johnsville, Katrina Cook (Tom) of Newport, Brian Hudson, Jr. of Little Falls, James Hudson of St. Johnsville, Wes Cook, Jr. (Trish) of St. Johnsville, Corey Cook (Jen) of Little Falls, Ryan Cook of St. Johnsville and LeAnn Cook of Fort Plain; his great grandchildren, Alanaha Hudson, Dylan Baslow, Carson Baslow, Owen Baslow, Chloe Cook, Aleigha Cook, Sofia Cook and Wyatt Cook; and his siblings, Pat Clewis (James) of Syracuse, Richard Cook (Becky) of St. Johnsville, Raymond Cook (Rose) of Syracuse, Ronnie Cook (Betty) of Gloversville and Barbara Frenyea of Fort Plain. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
