He is survived by: his children, Helen (Jim), Marty (Kari), Heather and John Barry (Jessica); his grandchildren, Jimmy, Kathleen, Christopher, Colleen, Finn, Elle, Conor and Nate; his pet Rockefeller; and his parents, Martin J. Waters and Helen Farry Waters.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Calvary Hospital Hospice 1740 Eastchester Road Bronx, NY 10461 in appreciation of their wonderful hospice care of Marty.
