She was predeceased by: her mother Margaret Parchen. She is survived by: her father Neal Parchen (Patricia); and her brother Thomas John. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, Aunts and Uncles.

In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made in Kathryn's memory to the Wounded Warriors Foundation or the ASPCA.
