He is survived by: his father William Gallagher; his wife Sarah Hoctor Gallagher; his children, Shane Gallagher and Brigid Gallagher Helbling; his sisters, Regina Marengo, Mary Beth O'Neill and Kathleen Pries; his niece Mary Liz O'Neill; his nephew William Marengo; and his granddaughters, Charlotte and Chloe Gallagher Helbling.
