He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Smith and Elsie Smith; his wife Jozell "Jo" Smith (Dodds); and his brothers, Bob Smith and Duane Smith.
He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Smith of Tulsa, OK and Crystal Stovall (Jim) of Tulsa, OK; and his brothers, Tom Smith and Fred Smith. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
