It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Hammond of Lansing, New York, born in Richwood, West Virginia, who passed away on May 12, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hayden Hammond and Hazel Hammond; and her brother Bill Hammond (Irene). She is survived by: her children, Shawn Sample (Rick) of New Carrollton, Dawn Kotowski (Rick) of Lansing, NY, Sandy Mayes of Maryland, Bill Mayes (Carolyn) of Bryan Texas and David Barton of Maryland; and her grandchildren, Candyce Kotowski of Cortland, NY, Drake Kotowski of Lansing, NY, Samantha Lewis (David) of Pottstown, Ashley McMullin of Texas and Michelle Mayes of West Virginia.
