Pritchard; her friends, Larae Hascall, Sally Page and Sherri Thompson; and her caregivers, Amy, Cindy, Jenna, Julie, Meenu, Nicole, Olivia, Tina, Marta Guzman Cotto, Lisa Balloun, Ann Dolan, Kirsten Miller, Anna Osterhoudt, Jane Baker Segelken, Lori Joseph, Clare Bridge, Catherine, Dawn, Heather, Jen C., Kieran and Nico.
