She is survived by: her husband Donald Swartzlander Jr.; her children, Kimberly Shreve (Michael), Lisa Carr (Travis) and Nathan Swartzlander (Christine); her grandchildren, Nathan Shreve, Audrey Carr and Kailey Smith; and her siblings, Karen (Al), Bugos, Patricia Mattison, David (Susan) and Joyce Swartzlander (James).
