He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Blair; and his aunts and uncles, Joann Gubala (Donald) and Glen Pflieger. He is survived by: his mother Carol A. Blair; his siblings, Laurie A. Blair-Lanthier and Denise M. Blair (Darin Kerwin); his nieces and nephews, Brandon, Kayla, Chelsea and Jayden; and his uncle Randall Blair (Darlene).
