He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Thuman and Jean Sovereign; his sister Darlene Labron; his daughter Carrie Canfield; and his close friend Roberta Stark.
He is survived by: his siblings, John Thuman (Kim), Cindy Kasper (John) and Wanda Piwko (Geno); his children, Nick Thuman (Katie), Darin Thuman (Amy), Ashley Stark (Will) and Samantha Thuman (Catie); and his grandchildren, Shianna, Carrilynn, Ashlyn, Hailey, Emalyn, Oliver, Acacia, Zaida and Stella. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
