She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph; her parents, Fred Mosier and Loretta Mosier; her siblings, Arlene Klepp (Ray) and Fred Mosier; and her nephew Larry Mosier.
She is survived by: her children, Linda and Joseph Lange; and her nephews, Greg Klepp and James Mosier.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Phyllis's name to SPCA serving Erie County, Hospice Buffalo or the Buffalo City Mission.
